Looking for an IT Intern / Entry Level IT freelancer to support our IT specialist. Month-to-month project. Available to work in our office in Los Angeles, CA (Koreatown).
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support on a variety of IT related issues
- Assist with maintenance of all IT related equipment including but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Troubleshoot software and hardware failures
- Assist with asset management, organize the equipment
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related
- Strong understanding of MacOS and Windows operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting issues with Adobe CC, DropBox, and Office 365
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience with command line preferred
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack and monday.com is a plus
- Passion & curiosity to diagnose and solve problems
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and transportation
- Willing to work part-time
- Looking to start ASAP
