I need a diagnosis of the problem I am experiencing with my domain.

Google services are blocking emails for an uknown reason. Previous diagnostics have been run and they are specified in the bottom of this description.

The second Milestone is to eliminate the problem overall.

Diagnostic operations has been done:
- Complete check on DNS records for the domain, SPF policies, DKIM and DMARC policies - test has been done with revising by looking in the configuration but also with sending emails to check the email authentication.
- Sending test email with specific content between the G Suite accounts, Between Gmail and G Suite, between G suite and other mail ISP
- Tests with G Suite Toolbox utilities and Google postmaster tools.
- Configuration has been revised in G Suite Admin Console, records in AWS Route 53, records in Network Solutions.
- Around 3 hours only live chat sessions with Google Cloud Support to confirm that all settings are in place according the G Suite and Gmail Standarts. These sessions were also the point to address the problems.
- Records has been done as A and TXT to provide verification in Google Tools and other checks.

Results of the Diagnostic work:
- All settings and configurations on DNS level are in place and at the moment work well for the domain. There are values to be adjusted to be according the well accepted standards but this doesn't affect the current problem and will be discussed on later stage for optimal security and domain reputation.
- The problem is occuring only in Google's mail platforms - G Suite and Gmail, not existent in the tests with other mail providers.
- The problem is: Every message passing trough Gmail/GSuite and ANY form been blocked completely/flagged as spam/archived in spam folder.
- The problem occurs even between user1 and user2 which out of the scope of the client's domain and G Suite. This means that the problem is deeply in the workflow how Google process the messages but completely affect's the client's normal workflow with this domain.
- Few Google Cloud Support reps check all over the domain and the settings, discussed and did many tests with sending emails in various ways, after the third Support chat session they have escalated the problem to Higher Level Support with 24h to get back with statement.

*** One of the statement from Google Cloud Support was resolves to IP which has bad reputation - the IP was changed and the results is the same, the problem persists.
