Required Accounting freelancer for Fix Our Messy Books, Transition from Zoho to Quickbooks job

Help me setup/clean up my messy books!

(This is not super urgent so if you're busy with April 15 taxes, I can wait until after April. I want to find the right person.)

I really hate bookkeeping and love marketing. I am a a very small, Florida-based one person marketing consultant/business that is an LLC but taxed as an S Corp. I currently use Zoho for Invoicing. I would like to start using Quickbooks Online for invoicing and payables (for all accounting needs). I do not have any 2018 (or prior) data entered into QB at this time. I need someone to:

Oversee the download of 2018/19 Wells Fargo checking account files into QB
reconcile
enter credit card transactions and code accordingly,
enter unpaid bills if any
setup recurring invoices (receivables) and payables
reassign business expenses paid out of personal account and vice versa
create and review P/L and BS for accuracy
handle vendor / subcontractor 1099s
and do what you can to try to clean up our very messy situation.

I use SurePayroll for monthly payroll to myself and this needs entered appropriately.

Prefer someone who is experienced and excellent at QB Online and can grasp Zoho Invoice. I don't have the ability to pay for a learning curve.

I also own a rental property and need that income/expense info setup in QB.

I have a 2nd LLC that is a very small online e-commerce store and need that info setup in QB once the other tasks are done. I do not sell product every month only occasionally, so this project is not as big as the marketing agency.

Interested in ongoing monthly support so that my books are always up to date. My CPA could do all of this work for me but she is too expensive for anything other than yearly taxes.

The right person must be USA-based. Will not consider off-shore.

Quickbooks Certified is a plus. Familiarity with marketing agencies or rental properties (expenses, depreciation) is great. Must be easy to work with; not looking for a lecture on how bad our books are just need a superstar to bail us out. Will you be our super hero?

Would prefer a flat fee once you see what you're getting into but hourly with an agreed upon cap is OK. I'm small and don't have a huge budget. I can scale back on the work if need be.

Prefer someone insured and bonded.
