Required TensorFlow,Python,Machine Learning,Natural Language Processing,Neural Networks freelancer for Facial Recognition for Pets job

We are looking for a person for pets (dogs/cats etc;) Facial recognition project. This can be an ongoing project and we need a person who is:

- experienced of pet facial recognition
- has something to share with us to confirm the capabilities
- willing to work long term with us on project to project basis

You Should:
- Develop the application in Python that can be used as back end module for mobile and web applications
- Define the Params and architecture of the application to add more Dogs and Cats categories.
- Refine and increase the success rate of the project.
- Be involve in the optimization of the application
