Requirements:

1. Enhance and upgrade the standalone system (.Net)
2. Provide a detailed project schedule
3. Carry out detailed testing processes and provide support during User Acceptance Test (UAT).
4. Provide maintenance and production support throughout the system warranty period.
5. Provide Maintenance and Production Support Services for the System covering the day-to-day production support and corrective/preventive maintenance for the System throughout the contract.
6. Provide all necessary software for the maintenance of the System.
7. Propose a Problem Management Log to enable its staff to track and update the status of problems and major support activities.
