We are a fast-growing technology consulting firm focused on Big Data Tools and Technologies. We are looking for Jira admin for implementation of Jira Service Desk to Monitor & Manage IT Tickets. Configure the Workflows, SLA, other Rules in Jira Service Desk.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required.
• Lead minor and major JIRA / Confluence upgrades (including communications), schedule and coordinate maintenance, and lead performance tuning / scaling in conjunction with our JIRA hosting partner.
• Responsible for performing Jira Audit and Housekeeping activities.
• Provide Technical Support for troubleshooting and assist with the data migrations for customers.
