Required Vue.js,Gatsby.js,CSS,TypeScript,HTML freelancer for Gatsby JS Website developer job

We are looking for website developer for design and code a website in Gatsby JS optimized passing the Google Lighthouse Audit with a complete score of 100 in all categories. Some animations will be required in the design. The website will be deployed on Firebase using Circle CI so knowledge in Firebase and Circle Ci is preferred but not required. We prefer Gatsby JS but would be open to ReactJS as well. In order to be considered please provide an estimated timeline or cost per page. (This is just to get an overview of the project length and to budget resources. This will not be a hard deadline)
