I have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and currently awaiting sentencing. I have already received my PSR and have about 20 character letters on file with my attorney. With President Trump recently signing the FIRST STEP ACT, I would like to know how this legislation can potentially affect me at my sentencing date in the future.

I would like a memorandum completed, outlining how this new piece of legislation can potentially affect the type of sentence that the judge could impose on me in the future. Also, the memorandum needs to highlight specific points of reference that I could potentially bring to my lawyer's attention.
