I am looking for a freelancer who can develop website in OpenCart for me

What we're looking for:
I have an HTML theme ready with me which needs to be integrated in OpenCart.

• No payment method required on website for now.
  
• Login and signup
  
• Order can be placed without payment
  
• Admin will confirm order by calling himself to user and can confirm order
  
• Admin should change the status of the Oder as per required and user can get notification.

Its pretty much straight forward.
