Our apartments in Downtown Los Angeles is a luxury hospitality group that fully furnished rentals for short-term rental. You must be familiar with online travel platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
You must speak English.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
  
• Communicate with guests before their arrival to coordinate meeting times/location
  
• Respond to guest needs throughout their stay
  
• Source and qualify cleaning crews
  
• Ensure quality control of cleaning crews
  
• Communicate with housekeeping crew daily
  
• Communicate with guests online & in-person
  
• Communicate directly with Guest Service Agents to coordinate check ins, repairs.
