We are looking for a Product Manager to develop a product on Learning Experience Platform/ Learning Management System.
The key features of the product would include:
- Catalogue management
- Content creation from YouTube, PPTX, PDF, Video
- Experience API (xAPI) and SCORM
- Trainer/ Instructor Profile Management
- Notifications and Reminders
- Tasks, quizzes, surveys and feedback
- Gamification and Rewards
- Activity Feeds
- Social Learning, Discussion Forum
- Content/ Learning Recommendations based on AI/ ML
- Linkages with Performance management
- Permission management (Learner, Manager, Admin, HR)
- Custom learning journey
- IDP for each learner
- Dashboard, Reporting and Analytics
- Provision for 3rd party integration for Content
- Available on Web and Mobile
The Product would incorporate leading global practices in Learning Experience Platform.
Product Manager would identify, recommend and document the product requirements. He/ she would also recommend UI/ UX, User Journeys and Process Flows.
