Need an Instagram scraper to be created to download tagged images on a page.

Dev to scrape images into google bucket or AWS S3 and create a .json file to store in the database containing information about the uploaded and the image.

This will need to be an automated script we can update the scraper every week to collect recently uploaded images. Test pages to scrape will be sent to successful applicants.
