We want a C# client and a .NET class library that will allow us to perform monthly PAYE payroll submissions (FPS Full payment submission). We want to be able to take the data, at the bottom of this job ad, of a given employee and be able to programmatically feed this to HMRC.
Ideally, we are looking for a freelancer that has experience with HMRC Developer Hub and can take full initiative on this job.
