Our company is the holding company of a number of well-known and rapidly expanding global ecommerce brands that retails in stylish, high quality replica designer furniture and furnishings.

We are looking for freelancers to help us with our customer service activities.

Your tasks will be to:
  • Handle customer queries and complaints via email in English language
  • Proactively resolve all customer queries and problems

    We are using Zendesk (email) for customer service activities.

    Working hours: minimum 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule

    Start: Immediately.
