Required MySQL Programming,PHP,sql freelancer for Need a database experience developer job

I am looking for a Database expert. I've some data, I should need to change the pivot data.
That job is a simple job. I need a pivot expert now.

• SQL scripts for creating the table in an unpivoted manner (as in Pivot & Unpivot Display Examples). I expect that only one table would be created and the views filtered using the location and vehicle age.
  
• SQL scripts for loading the data in an unpivoted manner including the data for 24 - 60 Months Vehicle age (as in worksheet ‘Pivot & Unpivot Display Examples').
  
• SQL Script for pivoting the data to display as the pivoted example shown in worksheet ‘Pivot & Unpivot Display Examples'
  
• SQL Script for pivoting the data to display as the pivoted example shown in worksheet ‘Unpivoted Raw Data'
  
• The scripts must be commented to help understanding and auditing.
