I am looking to implement Centrifuge HRMS, but there are a few bugs that need fixing before we can roll it out:
First the pull requests that have already addressed some of the Centrifuge issues need to be implemented.
The main bug to be fixed:
When applying for different type of leave (annual, sick, maternity, etc.) Centrifuge does not appear to check the leave type balance, only the overall leave balance. So employees can apply for leave that exceeds a particular type as long as their overall balance is high enough.
Also, the email sent to the manager does not detail the reason for the leave, and does not show a summary of leave balances.
I will share summary of changes with shortlisted candidates.
An example of the timesheet outputs we need to generate is also included. This is essential and the timesheet exports (by employee or project) need to look like this.
Some other ongoing work/fixes may be required as we roll-out the software.
Please do not reply unless you have experience with HRMS and Centrifuge. I am not looking for a generic programmer, I need someone who understands how Centrifuge works and general HR processes.
