Hi,
we have a network with stacks of Cisco 3750 switches, in multiple locations.
Some of the site are interconnected using a dedicated fiber link and some using IPSEC VPN using Cisco ASA 5506X and cisco 5505
We have Yealink phones and we have a freepbx/asterisk phone system.
Everything was installed about 3 years ago and always worked fine. Sometimes we had some glitches in the voice, but since the Covid situation network usage has increased to a point where we have frequent issues with voice.
We have tried to do a QOS config on switches and Firewall to fix the issue, but with 100 hours of config, reasing about QOS, debugging, I am to a point where I have reached my limits and I need a real expert to come into play to review our config and propose improvements.
The job will be paid 'by the hour'.
An initial introduction call of 3 hours will probably be enough to review the config and followup calls will probably be needed to evaluate if changes did any good.
Right now, we are experiencing jitter and packet loss.
The person will need to be available by phone/skype or the Toogit message system so we can talk.
A screen sharing utility like teamviewer will be needed as you will work on my machine to have access to all of the equipment and monitoring tools
Please don't bid if you don't have a lot of expertise in QOS as you will just waste your time and my time as I probably know more than you... I'm looking for someone really competent on the subject...
