I am looking for someone who has experience using Shipstation and other Shopify apps to streamline our shipping processes based on a set of business requirements. The requirements should be translated into a set of automation rules/filters with simple labels and logic that makes it easy to revise as things change. We ship a lot of B2C and B2B orders, so an understanding of how to streamline both operations would be great.
The ideal candidate will have experience doing the following in Shipstation:
+ Setting up automation rules for different package dimensions/weights based on product variant AND quantity. We ship to a lot of wholesale customers, so there will be multiple scenarios that need to be identified properly (We have around 60 SKUs and 9 different package sizes)
+ Setting up automation to auto-tag customers and orders on priority/urgency, delayed shipments, etc.
+ Setting up multiple UPS/Fedex accounts for various customers (when they prefer to use their own)
+ Triaging and auto-tagging orders based on order notes, including wholesale, gift notes, drop shipping
+ Customizing our packing slip with HTML coding
+ Automating carrier/service selection based on a zone, weight, and international/domestic
+ Managing inventory and setting up alerts
Additionally, we would need help within Shopify on the following:
+ Creating inventory alerts/out-of-stock notifications
+ Using an app like Boxify or Intuitive shipping to revise our shipping rates.
