Required Graphic Design,Photo Editing,Photo Retouching freelancer for Graphic artist - photoshop or illustrator work on photos and images job

We are in need of graphic artists to work with photos submitted by customers, combine with text into an image we can use for engraving/etching. Each photo will need to be converted to black and white, possibly have various filters applied, resized, and other operations. Need to be able to read and write in English. Speaking English not required but very helpful.
