WHAT YOU WILL DO:
o design infrastructure and cloud solutions
o propose both customers and Blue Dynamic invesntments in IT infrastructure and cloud
- present proposed solutions to the customer
o challenge and get an opinion of our partners specializing in selected areas (hardware, security, bi, crm ...) on projects/support related matters . Actively cooperate with them
o participate in infrastructure projects in an architects role
o configure, set infrastructure parameters and participate in maintenance
o solve (coordinate solutions) the most complex incidents that other colleagues are not able to deal with
o define or update internal processes for infrastructure and applications support
o actively acquire, seek out and apply the latest trends in your field based on attended seminars and conferences
o mentor other team members and participate in developing their competencies




REQUIREMENTS:
o experience in a similar position (Infrastructure architect, Senior Administrator)
o pleasant, open and professional behavior and customer orientation
o stress resistance, a high degree of flexibility, autonomy and a responsible approach to work
o the ability to solve complex and challenging problems both individually and within the team
o English language on fluent communicative level in written and spoken form

Practical knowledge and experience with:
o infrastructure and cloud architecture design of at least mid enterprise solutions
o nagios-based tools for monitoring IT infrastructure (nagios, check_mk)
o networking and Security: CISCO, Mikrotik, CISCO ASA
o principles and design of backup in enterprise infrastructure (Veeam)
o SAN / NAS technologies and components
o Virtualization platform hyper-v

Practical experience in designing, installing, configuring, managing and optimizing Microsoft products, especially:
o Windows Desktop 8 & Windows Server 2008 (AD, DHCP, DNS, FS, IIS, PS, WSUS, Remote Access)
o Windows Desktop 8 & Windows Server 2008 (AD, DHCP, DNS, FS, IIS, PS, WSUS, Remote Access)
o ADFS
o MS SQL
o Skype for Business
o Sharepoint/Sharepoint online
o Office 365/Exchange/hybrid
o TMG
