Required Go,Golang,Image Processing,OpenCV freelancer for Image processing on scanned document (deskew) job

We currently have a program in *Go* language that converts PDF to image, and perform some cleaning on the images using *OpenCV*. We would like you to implement the deskew algorithm on an image.
The program is already done, the function too. All you have to do is to implement it.

The deliverable requires to implement a test to test the deskew function.

We are looking for a freelancer that can work in autonomy on this specific function, and provide a deliverable as a GitHub pull request. We will test the deskew function with images provided as attachment.
