Required Apache POI,Django,Microsoft Windows Server freelancer for Installing and configuring Apache server on Windows 2016 server job

We have a django app on Windows server 2016 and we are trying to install and configure Apache server so it becomes accessible online. We tried to use Microsoft IIS but there is an issue loading the app through the browser. Therefore we decided to to try Apache instead, however, still there is an issue starting the service in port 80!

We need someone to access the server and resolve this issue.
