Required software development freelancer for Mail server help job

I have 2 mail servers 1 is hmail server running on windows that is used fr outbound mail only (3 users).
Also have iredmail server that is used for both inbound and outbound. Need some help with whitlisting some IPs on the iredmail and setting up smart relay on postfix in freepbx. Basic configuration help. Most likely a couple hours tops.
