Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Develop Excel Spreadsheet that performs Multi Variable Regression Analysis from imported data set job

I am looking for preferably a statistician or someone who fully understands and can thoroughly explain regression analysis in Excel. I will have many questions. I need an Excel spreadsheet that performs a multi variable regression analysis of real estate sales data from my local MLS (Dependent Variable (Y) is Sale Price and Independent Variables (X) are Gross Living Area, Lot Size, Age, Bedrooms, Baths, Garage Spaces etc.). I am a real estate appraiser and the coefficient of the variables are reliable adjustment factors for a home appraisal. I know how to run the data analysis tool on excel. I am not looking for simply that. What I need is a spreadsheet with buttons or check boxes that allow me to easily remove or include the independent variables that I have imported. I am looking for a spreadsheet that outputs a visually appealing form with charts and tables with my logo at the top.
