Required System Administration,Windows Administration,Windows XP Administration freelancer for Need to gain administrative access to a Windows standard embedded PC. job

I have an arcade machine that was paid for in full. The system contains software that launches on startup using a security dongle. That is not my main concern since the machine was already purchased in full. The issue is that when the computer turns on it automatically logs into the windows user that had admin access that launches the games automatically and does not launch anything else. I can log out of that account using control alt delete command and log in using a different account. It is a maintenance account or standard account however I cannot install or make changes to system. I want to be able to have admin access so that I can install programs and make system changes. This is running on a Windows embedded standard system.
