As a member of our brilliant Customer Service Team, you will work closely with our customers and warehouse team on a daily basis to create raving customers. We're looking for a smart, well organized person who thrives on making problems disappear and connecting with others. You will be in close contact with our customers all over the world, so strong communication skills are essential in this role. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, enjoys meticulous process-driven work and is a problem solver.
Qualifications:
-1-3 years experience in sales or customer service

Job Details:
-This role has a starting pay range of $5-6/hr - must be willing to start in this range
-7/8am - 5pm EST working hours M-F, with the ability to work extra/outside of this time frame with the approaching holiday season (our busy season) **We may have some hours flexibility for the right person
-This is an IMMEDIATE need opportunity - must be available for immediate hire
