Required Administrative Support freelancer for Customer Service For Ecommerce Stores job

We have an open position for a qualified individual that has experience in the industry as well as someone that will fit well on our team. We have multiple stores that we sell through and already have customer service in place. We are looking for a person that has experience with commenting on facebook ads as we scale by tagging them and having customers engage more on our post. We also will need this person to be able to answer tickets as they come in through multiple channels. In addition, we will need this individual to use apps like lucky orange and convert customers as they are on our website.
