In the wake of COVID-19, we are needing to convert a digitized cognitive assessment measure (that was originally programmed for an iPad) to a mobile app to allow for use during stay-at-home orders. Ideally, we'd like this app to be as similar as possible to the original iPad software.
Description of the iPad software we use now:
First screen is a practice trial: four dots forming the corners of a 3" square are centered on the screen and examinees are asked to use their finger to connect the dots. Second screen shows a list of instructions (in Times font, 16 font size, bold and italicized). Once examinees read through the instructions, they hit a "Next" button, which removes these instructions. Third screen is the response screen that shows four boxes (approximately 2.25" x 3.5") with colored outlines (yellow, red, green, blue) each in a quadrant. When a response location is selected, the selected box increases in size (approximately 4" x 5") and the other boxes become disabled. Examinees use their finger to complete the task in the selected box.
** Note: We are looking for a speedy turn-around on this project. Please contact me if interested.
