Hi, We're looking for an advanced Remote network admin / Technical Support / IT expert,
Our main needs: maintaining servers, workstations, networks, and cloud integrations.
- Requires strong experience in desktop support, MS servers & general network equipment support
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware & software, mobile devices, Networking and Servers/Systems
- Advanced working knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suites Platform (Office 365)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory / Administrative tools
- Experience with Remote support tools (Team Viewer license is a BIG plus)
- Exceptional communications skills, verbal and written in English
- Strong documentation skills
- Basic Microsoft Windows system administration
- Must be customer-focused, work well in a team-oriented environment, and provide quality service for the business client. Must pay very close attention to detail.
- Apple products / MAC OSX experience is a plus
Experience:
- IT Technician: min 3 years
- Working in multi-client environment
