Required Wordpress freelancer for Complete Wed design and implementation for Travel Tour operator job

Looking for someone to design, build, and implement our Wordpress website (hosted by GoDaddy). We only tour in one country and offer a variety of itineraries. Most tours use the same elements in a different order (day touring a city) (transfer from one city to the next). Need to be able to update one element and have it make the change in every tour it's used. I want a Chat function that I can use on my phone when I'm away from the office. We plan on using several videos with the text narrative. For set ground tours, clients can book and pay directly online specifying the date, arrival flight, number of clients, number of rooms, etc. I would like to have a build your own tour option where the clients can arrange the blocks into their own program and have the cost calculated for them, but it needs to be organized... Fist tour X, then Transfer to Y, then tour Z. We need to be able to make small changes (picture, accommodation, descriptions, etc.) but want to be able to work with the designer as we create more options. Want a blog feature that updates to FB and other social media automatically. We don't need an app (yet) and it'll be a separate project a year down the road.
We currently don't have a design in mind, just an artistic feel in mind. Not interested in mimicking someone else's site so there's a creative artistic element involved in the designing, not just coding.
