Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Chemical Blending Plant Design job

We plan to set up a chemical blending facility for oil field chemicals, the required is basic blending of raw materials with solvents, the know how and the materials are provided by our technology partner.
the packaging will be in 200 lt drums of IBCs.
chemicals are solvent base and water base.
freelancer required to:
- provide Bill of Materials for the equipment.
- design outline
- tanks quantity, sizes and material.
