Required Java,PHP,LDAP,sql,Web Services freelancer for Setup a Single-Sign-On (SSO) solution. job

I am looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to setup a Single-Sign-On (SSO) solution.

My project is a client project who wants to ensure multiple web applications and backends are protected by a SSO gateway (Keycloak/ anything similar ).
The authentication integrated with OPENLDAP . Also the exchange shall be done with the modern JSON Web Tokens (JWT).

I am looking for someone experiences in enterprise environments along with the options to identify how authorizations can be properly implemented on the SSO-provider like Keycloak.
Client preference is Keycloak. Client has Java Applications, C# and PHP. So the solution needs to be inter-operable.

Your job will be to provide me possible solutions and to represent me as a team to my client.
