ShooWin is an online sports ticket marketplace that sells reservations for highly anticipated, contingent playoff and championship games, allowing fans to purchase tickets at face value. Tickets are offered for sporting events like the Super Bowl, College Football Playoff National Championship, Stanley Cup, and NBA Finals. Fans choose the team, seating section, and the number of tickets. ShooWin collects the reservation fee and when the team makes the game, the fan receives the tickets at face value.

The role: As part of the Customer Success team, first, you need to love sports as our customers are real fans so we want you to be too! You will be responsible for the chat & email customer support between M-F 5pm-8pm EST and Sat and/or Sun 8:30am-12pm EST. We need to exceed our customers expectations and help answer questions for new customers. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences for sports fans. You will help shape our customer support strategy and deliver vital customer feedback into our product roadmap.

What we are looking for:
1. A person with a true passion for customers - fanatical about getting them the right outcomes and becoming their advocate with 3+ years of experience.
2. A sports fan, not just a casual maybe watch this weekend, but looks forward to it, talks about it, and lives it.
3. Passionate, proactive self-starter that is self-directed and able to solve problems and execute independently
4. Strong team spirit and able to work effectively in collaboration with others, coordinating across teams and building consensus
5. Excellent communication skills (fluent in English) and ability to influence and steer customers, and spot opportunities to help
6. Strong process management skills, won't drop any balls!
7. Hungry to develop their skills and take on more responsibilities quickly - our ambitious expansion plans mean we're looking for new leaders to help us grow

The Details: Work hours are- 5pm -8pm M-F EST and 8:30 p-12pm EST Sat and/or Sun. You will be the customer service contact managing calls, e-mails and chat functions from the website. Position available immediately.
