Required Architecture,2D Design,Drafting,2D CAD Design,Computer-Aided Design freelancer for CAD Architectural Drawing Scan & Update job

Project background: We have added 2 walk-in coolers and need the architectural drawings to reflect the change. Prefer someone familiar with city of houston as this will be submitted to the city of houston.

Deliverable: Scan and update an old architectural drawing. I need someone who can scan and update the file in CAD. Also need to show the following:

1) Walk-in dimensions each 8W x 8L x 7.7'H.
2) Side view of the walk-ins showing enclosure above the walk-in to ceiling
