Required Contract Law freelancer for Need reseller partner agreement legal contract review and advice for next stpes for the breaching party job

We have a situation where we entered into an agreement with another company assuming they will comply with the terms and have the subject matter expertise they claimed that do have. After working with them we are finding out that they are doing things recklessly and not being transparent with us that they are bidding that could have negative impact on our ability to deliver without informing us. We need someone to review existing contract and provide us with objective sounds advise for our option to kick the other party out.
