Required Mac OSX Administration,Microsoft Office 365,Network Administration freelancer for Network & System Administration job

We currently have an office setup with 5 imacs, 2 Apple laptops, and a dell PC. Currently everyone is accessing the computers with no restrictions, all with their own logins, passwords and apple ID's. I'd like this setup as a proper business network where we can manage user access in the case of someone leaving as well as have the ability for users to virtually log into their desktops so they can access everything remotely.

Currently we use office 365, G-Suite and all of our software is in the cloud.
