4 sites
We have two Avaya VMware servers, one active and one standby, with an active link between them. The servers will have a number of Avaya virtual machines running on them (yet to be decided). Has g450 with local 999 calls coming in over ISDN and has local 111 calls coming in over SIP via a Session Border controller. Also has a redhat call recording server as a separate machine.
Then we have a primary survivable site located in Bow. Again, two Avaya VMware servers with an active link between them. Has g450 with local 999 calls coming in over ISDN, and has local 111 calls coming in over SIP via a Session Border controller. Also has a redhat call recording server as a separate machine.
The remaining two locations have single Avaya VMware server and local redhat call recording. The locations are called NEL and SEL. Has g450 with local 999 calls coming in over ISDN and has local 111 calls coming in over SIP via a Session Border controller. Also has a redhat call recording solution
Ideally if the design could look like the last one you did (SWAS upgrade) but less complicated at this stage because we don't have all the information.
Need to show a WAN joining all 4 locations.
Need to show an Avaya handset on each location, with a primary link to the Waterloo location Avaya VMware servers, secondary link to the Bow location and then a third link from the handset to the local VMware servers.
