Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Excel VBA specialist for data visualization job

I need to get more graphics/graphs and information out of my spreadsheet. The boss wants separate graphs for each type of changeover (4) each graph needs a 2Y axis. Each changeover type must be grouped together and show the work done by each shift. 1 Y axis would be Plant Operations Time (7am - 4am) 3 hours of downtime between 2nd shift and 1st shift (don't need to show downtime). 2nd Y axis = number of hours 1-15. The graph itself would be a floating bar chart (to represent the time the changeover took place and on what shift) in addition to a combo line chart to follow the changeover reduction trend.
