We are looking for a data entry specialist that can fill out our clients stats every single day and give the reports to our Media Buyers.
What Does A Data Entry Specialist Do At Our Company?
- Build and maintain client facing dashboards updating data daily
- Accurately and efficiently upload data into our proprietary database for analysis, manually inputting data as needed
- Prepare and analyze daily and weekly media reports for multiple clients and internal staff, and translate the data into meaningful summaries calling out key points
- Additional duties as assigned
What makes a great Data Entry Specialist?
- 1-2 years of data entry and analysis experience, with a background in marketing, advertising, or sales preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, and Outlook, with advanced knowledge of pivot tables and v-look ups
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Being a team first player
- Possessing strong organizational and analytical skills
- Being a self-starter with good initiative and persistence
- Wanting to show off your strong communication skills
- Knowing deadlines are critical and meeting them
- Embracing challenges and providing solutions
