Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

I recently switched data providers and I am enabled for 5G. I can get a 5G connection on my phone, however, my desktop dopes not show a connection for 5G - it only shows a connection for the old 2.4 GHZ. I have been told this could be an issue with my router or I may need to reconfigure my IP address so it can see the 5G connection

Does anyone have previous experience with this issue and can it be fixed remotely???
