Understand procurements - Experienced
Organize task and develop efficient workflows
Track and responds to bids request from Gov clients
Request Pricing from distribution partners and ensuring details and captured
Calculate margins on cost of goods
Research Technology manufactures and solution providers
Fill documents correctly and carefully
Generate quotes and invoices
Track due dates, transactions from inception to delivery and followup with receivable collections.
Develop relationships with partners
Skills
Excellent with MS Suite - Especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word....etc
Great communication, ability to write clearly and concisely
Able to work independently with very minimal supervision
Tech-savvy - ability to figure things out, learn fast
Understand accounting terminologies, invoice, Quotes, purchase order...etc
sharp, attention to detail, Quick - ability to work fast pace.
Good typing skills
