We are looking for an experienced recruiter located in the US (or able to work US hours) to support our growing client base. We are a sales focused recruiting firm recruiting candidates across the US primarily on the east and west coasts from entry level to enterprise sales folks.
We are willing to offer highly favorable compensation in terms of a commission based structure for candidates you source, interview and help us to place for our clients. We have several recruiters who are happy about this model and have proved to be very successful thus far!
An ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the field with a proven track record of success. Experience in sales or recruiting sales people would be a big plus! Must have access to recruiting tools and be familiar with LInkedIn Recruiter.
