Required Sewing,Activewear freelancer for Sewing Operator / Design for Sewing Advice job

I'm looking for somebody that is able to sew neoprene fabric similar to a ski mask for final production. I will share some sample images with shortlisted candidates. Please quote your per mask price. I am willing to work with you to optimize the design.

I plan to have the neoprene laser-cut and sent to you and I can additionally get the filter material laser cut, but will only get the filter material laser cut if this is better for you, otherwise I can just send you the material and you can cut after sewing (I found this easier in prototypes).
