We require a Zoho or Salesforce app/software for managing our customer database and manage our service calls online. Data to be updated every time on cloud so that it can be accessed from anywhere. Customer database will assign a unique customer code to each customer and include standard fields like name, address, contact details and some documents like installation reports, testing reports etc. Service helpdesk will register complaint of customer by assigning case id and assign job to engineer who will upload customer service report on software itself and submit.
