I am looking for a strong writer to help me with content on my parenting blog. This blog features articles that are relevant to parents - both 'how to' type articles, round-up posts, list posts, as well as product reviews (baby/children products).
The writing format on this blog is such that it delivers high quality information while maintaining a sort of casual, lighthearted, conversational style.
For the writer I select, I would be looking to start with a single 1,000-1,300 word post, and if I like the work, I would be more than happy to turn this into a more regular writing job (ideally 1 post per week to start).
For each article, you will be provided with the title and general premise of the article. In some cases, we are targeting specific keywords for SEO purposes. Average post length will be around 1,000-1,200, however some posts requiring more research, such as round-up posts, may be fewer words (700-1,000) but will require more time finding external sources and images.
**Strong consideration will be given to writers who are moms and/or have previously written for 'mommy'/parent blogs.**
