Also, remove the exterior wall up front where the enclosed porch is and make sure the footing underneath the porch and tie ins to the house are sufficient for permits.

I will include photos of the trusses and ceiling joist.

Deliverable: Site Plan, Structural Wall Detail, Elevation, Proposed Floor Plan, demo plan for exterior wall, All General Notes.

To Produce permit ready drawings with stamp.
