Looking for a seasoned Windows certified Admin to help us replace our AD domain controllers from Win 2008 to 2016 (running on VMWare hosts). Ideal candidate can show relevant work where this was accomplished previously. Must be able to communicate clearly, provide a detailed plan and contingency plan. Must be able to work during weekend and full commitment when the conversion takes place and post conversion on-call availability. You will be working with our Windows admin who has not performed this upgrade so you will also need to walk him thru the process and educate him.
We currently have 4 AD servers in different offices that we will upgrade independently.
