Required Mechanical Design,Simulations,CNC Programming,FEA simulations,Product Development freelancer for Torque/Moment Pulley Solution and Matlab Script file job

I am building a robotic machine, and I need someone to calculate torque/moment based on a pulley system attached to a linear calculator. I need the problem solved/explained and a MATLAB script file that will relate the forced applied by a linear actuator to a moment applied to a body. That body will then torque another body.
