We're looking to migrate a new client off of Godaddy O365 directly to MS. Looking for anyone has been able to defederate the tenant then add the new tenant.

I have a project coming up which I will need some assitance. Could turn into long term. FIrst project is to migrate Office 365 away from Godaddy. I hear you just have to defederate away from Godaddy. Then create yourself a global admin account in PowerShell for the on microsoft domain. Connect via PowerShell, defederate the vanity domain, add your CSP and licensing. Remove delegated admin for Godaddy. Call and cancel licensing. Sounds pretty cut and paste but I have never tried. Looking for someone that has completed a migration in this matter.
