Required Ontraport,Zendesk freelancer for Zendesk Integration Into Website job

I want to fully take advantage of Zendesk's rich feature set and incorporate much of the features into my website to provide better support for my customers. I want to create a robust support section of our website using Zendesk's features that would include an ever-growing FAQ section as well as user forums for self-help. I also want to incorporate live chat support into our website. I want our CSR's to be able to easily add answers to the FAQ based on tickets they are solving. I also want to integrate Zendesk with our CRM Ontraport.
